Charlie Krackeler has been a professional speaker since 1990.  His background as a successful commercial and residential real estate broker, manager of a large brokerage office, seasoned investor and mediator led him to become a sought after speaker on negotiating, apartment houses and a popular real estate continuing education provider.

Charlie holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in law and public policy from California University of Pennsylvania.  And, a Bachelor Degree (B.A.) in liberal arts from Gonzaga University.  He is a real estate broker, active investor, expert witness in real estate related cases and a mediator.  Charlie has been a Master Faculty Member for the California Association of Realtors since 1991 and a college real estate professor since 1990.

From 2004 to 2009, Charlie was elected and served as the President of the California Real Estate Education Association (CREEA).  In his many classes and seminars he is known as one of the industries most popular, energetic and entertaining speakers.  Because Charlie’s ability to combine a serious (sometimes dry) subject with humor, has his students throughout the west coast dubbing Charlie Krackeler’s seminars with the name: “Edu-Tainment.”
