Ron LaRussa, Senior Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer, Fremont Bank

Ron LaRussa is a Senior Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer at Fremont Bank, a locally owned Bay Area community bank headquartered in Fremont, California.  Ron specializes in the financing of purchases and debt restructure of various commercial real estate properties including office, retail centers, warehouse and industrial properties primarily in the highly competitive northern California market.  His role also includes a strong emphasis on the financing of multifamily apartment buildings.  Fremont Bank is also the only community bank in the United States that is a designated lender for Fannie Mae’s Small Residential Multifamily Family lending platform.  Utilizing this program, Ron has originated apartment loans in Arizona, Oregon, Nevada and Southern California.

Prior to his commercial lending career, Ron was a Senior Real Estate appraiser at Citibank appraising both single family and multifamily properties and was the manager of Fremont Bank’s residential appraiser department.   He has been an active member of the Bay Area Mortgage Association.  He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and he is currently enrolled in his senior year at the Pacific Coast Banking School’s executive training program at the University of Washington.  He is a licensed real estate broker and licensed certified residential appraisal for the state of California.
