Scot Cunningham, National Sales Manager, Income Property Lending division of BofI Federal Bank

Scot Cunningham’s Banking career encompasses 25 years of banking, including credit, business development and management , both in  SBA lending and  commercial/multifamily lending..  Currently he works as National Sales Manager for the Income Property Lending division of BofI Federal Bank. Last year his division funded over $300mm in multifamily loan.  Previously, he held the position of Senior VP in the Corporate Banking Division of Mechanic’s Bank, a 2.8 billion private commercial Bank located in Walnut Creek, CA.,  where he  managed the SBA Lending  department.  Prior to Mechanic’s Bank, he was the Western Regional Manager for Imperial Capital Bank, a NASDAQ publicly traded company where, under his leadership, funded over $250million in commercial and multifamily loans, development and permanent loans.

Mr. Cunningham received his B.S. degree in Business from the University of the Pacific and his MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University.  He was recently awarded the CMB Certified Mortgage Banker designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association where he currently is teaching  classes for future CMB candidates.

He enjoys tennis, golf, skiing, and life with his wife and 3 daughters.
